In case you didn’t see my stats last week: Staturday Week 1. I am pretty happy with this week’s results, especially the inches lost. I have to admit that I did overindulge Sunday though. We had a cookout for Cooper’s 8th birthday and I had 3 pieces of cake. I should have stopped at one. But I didn’t let that get me down. I moved on and didn’t dwell on it like I would have done before.
Everyday I workout, except Ab day, I wear my Slim Belly. Slim Belly increases the blood flow to my stubborn fat layers helping me to shed that fat quicker than I would with exercise alone. It really maximizes my workout and I attribute it to losing 4.5 inches in my waist! In 2 WEEKS!
I’m not going to post a photo because my cell phone camera is acting up. I may take one with my Nikon and post it later. I will be doing a video today with my update and Slim Belly and I will add it to the post.
