Reel Seafood Grill in Greensboro Review

Reel Seafood Grill reviewI am a seafood lover. I love shrimp, salmon, tilapia, scallops, lobster, flounder and many more. I’m also pretty picky when it comes to seafood restaurants in Greensboro. I have visited about 8 and while they were good, none were considered my “favorite”. But that has recently changed.

Reel Seafood Grill in Greensboro is a fairly new seafood restaurant. My husband and I decided to try it out because I had heard good things. It is now one of my favorite seafood restaurants. I absolutely loved the fried shrimp. My husband decided to get a steak instead of seafood and he was surprised at how flavorful it was.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I had a cocktail that was recommended and it was delicious. It was their special margarita, I can’t remember the exact name. Also, my husband was served some kind of sauce for his steak that he said was amazing. My husband is picky too, especially when it comes to steaks. So I was surprised but happy that he liked it.

My only complaint is that the restaurant is kind of small so the noise level is higher than I like. I also don’t really like the chalkboard menu but I understand why it’s needed when you are dealing with fresh seafood. I’ve heard that they have changed this and now hand out menus. I can’t wait to go back and see.

Overall, Reel Seafood Grill in Greensboro is my new favorite seafood restaurant. It’s the perfect place for my husband and I do go for date night or a special occasion.

  1. Where is it?

  2. I really like seafood but I don’t eat it much. I prefer eating it fresh from the ocean. I’m about an hour or so from the nearest ocean (Pacific) and we love a local seafood restaurant called, Mo’s. I grew up going there and I take my own kids there, now.
